Type of Metal Roof

Before making a decision on what Snow Retention system you need  you have to know what types of metal roofs you have.

 There are different of panels that impact price and performance that you should be aware of.

There are three especially common roof types.

• R-Panel
• Corrugated
• Standing Seam

In most case the R-Panel/Trapezoida and Corrugated panels require exposed fasteners that  tie in the panels to the structure. This system uses the BRACKET line to support the Snow Retention System.

Standing seams use the non-penetrating CLAMP line to support the Snow Retention System.

With the Standing Seam panels you now have to look at the Standing Seam to know what clamp to use.
